You will provide critical support for Service Center and Field Service Orders processes, requiring fluency in Portuguese and English, and advanced Spanish. The role involves configuration support for SAP and Oracle Field Service modules, along with direct user support for LATAM users.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.

This role demands a high level of functional expertise combined with mandatory language proficiency to ensure effective regional support.Must Have ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions, specifically in Field Service processes.Fluent in Portuguese and English and Advanced in Spanish for direct user support in Brazil and Argentina.Strong functional / configuration experience in SAP Field Service / SM OR Oracle Field Service, with at least some familiarity with the alternative platform (e.g., Oracle FS with some SAP SM experience).
