A leading software company is seeking an experienced SAP / Oracle Field Service Consultant for a 6-month project. This role, 100% remote in Brazil, requires a strong background in Service solutions and fluency in Portuguese and English, with advanced Spanish proficiency preferred. You will provide multilingual support for users, contribute to configuration and design, and ensure effective integration within enterprise components.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
• Strong functional/configuration experience in SAP Field Service or Oracle Field Service.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and solution design.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support for user questions related to Service Center and Service Order processes.
• Contribute to the configuration and support of SAP SM or Oracle Field Service modules.
• Execute business process analysis and solution design.

This role demands a high level of functional expertise combined with mandatory language proficiency to ensure effective regional support.Must Have ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions, specifically in Field Service processes.Fluent in Portuguese and English and Advanced in Spanish for direct user support in Brazil and Argentina.Strong functional / configuration experience in SAP Field Service / SM OR Oracle Field Service, with at least some familiarity with the alternative platform (e.g., Oracle FS with some SAP SM experience).
