A leading software solutions provider is seeking an experienced SAP / Oracle Field Service Consultant for a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing service solutions, with fluency in Portuguese and English and advanced skills in Spanish. Responsibilities include providing support for LATAM users and contributing to the configuration of SAP SM or Oracle Field Service modules. This role requires strong functional expertise and effective communication skills.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, advanced Spanish for direct user support.
• Strong functional/configuration experience in SAP Field Service or Oracle FS.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting service solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multilingual support for LATAM users related to Service Center and Service Order processes.
• Contribute to the configuration and support of SAP SM or Oracle Field Service modules.
• Execute business process analysis and solution design for ongoing projects.

This role demands a high level of functional expertise combined with mandatory language proficiency to ensure effective regional support.Must Have ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions, specifically in Field Service processes.Fluent in Portuguese and English and Advanced in Spanish for direct user support in Brazil and Argentina.Strong functional / configuration experience in SAP Field Service / SM OR Oracle Field Service, with at least some familiarity with the alternative platform (e.g., Oracle FS with some SAP SM experience).
