Evonik Brasil Ltda. seeks a SAP O2C specialist to optimize order-to-cash processes in a multinational setting.

You will collaborate with business units, manage cross-divisional projects, and guide technical design for development teams. The role requires SAP SD expertise, agile leadership, and strong English communication as you work with international colleagues and external partners on roll-outs and ongoing improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience within the SAP SD module, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Additional knowledge in PP, FICO, MM, QM, Intercompany and Global Trade Services would be a benefit.
• Profound knowledge and experience as Project Manager.
• Experience in working in an Agile environment and strong Scrum Master.
• Excellent in written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
• Working hour flexibility due to international environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment in solving complex tasks.
• Strong analytic-, goal- and result-driven skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and a keen perception.

Responsabilidades

• You work within a multi-cultural and international environment as part of an Agile team.
• You consult the business departments regarding the business processes to optimize O2C processes and prepare technical design for the development team.
• You will manage internal and cross-divisional (partial-) projects with technical guidance and manage project members, analyzing and solving global tickets within the SAP O2C environment.
• You will participate in roll-out plans and their successful international implementation.
• You will keep track of SAP tickets and manage external partners as needed, staying up to date with latest SAP releases and technologies.
• You will work directly with customers to understand business needs, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• You will perform basic customizing tasks and pursue automation opportunities (SAP, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.).

Responsibilities

• You work within a multi-cultural and international environment. Additionally, you will be part of an Agile working Team.
• You consult the business departments regarding the business processes, to identify and implement optimization potential within the O2C processes and prepare the respective technical design for the development team.
• You will take over the management of internal and cross-divisional (partial-) projects, including the relevant technical guidance and management of the project members. You analyze and solve global tickets (Service Requests, Change Requests, Incidents) which are appearing within the global SAP O2C Environment.
• You will actively participate in the conceptions of roll-out plans and their successful international implementation.
• You will keep track of SAP tickets and promote successful problem solving. Where necessary, you will take over the provider management of external partners. You need to stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and technologies, and pursue professional development opportunities.
• You will be working directly with customers to understand their business needs, developing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• You will take over basic customizing tasks. You will independently work on the development, advancement, and identification of automation opportunities (SAP, Microsoft Power Automate, and similar technologies).

Requirements

• Experience within the SAP-Modul SD, preferably within the chemical industry.
• Additional knowledge in PP, FICO, MM, QM, Intercompany and Global Trade Services would be a benefit.
• Profound Knowledge and Experience as Project Manager
• Experience in working in an agile environment and strong experience as Scrum Master.
• Excellent in written and spoken Englisch is a must. Other languages would be a benefit.
• Working hour flexibility is a must, due to the international working environment.
