Infosys Brazil is seeking SAP Basis professionals to join our team. You will administer SAP Basis across ECC and S/4HANA, including RISE with SAP, and serve as a technical focal point for SAP operations with support from SAP.

The role includes monitoring system availability, performance, and capacity, plus handling transports, interfaces, and migrations. You will work with SAP BTP, apply security best practices, and participate in go-live and hypercare phases.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP.
• S/4HANA operations including system conversion and migration.
• SAP HANA database administration (operational level).
• Linux/Unix OS for SAP.
• Hyperscaler exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Automation & scripting basics (Shell).
• SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager knowledge.
• SAP Security concepts (user/role coordination).

Responsabilidades

• Perform SAP Basis administration activities across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes including RISE with SAP environments.
• Act as technical focal point for SAP operations, interacting with SAP support whenever necessary.
• Manage and monitor SAP system availability, performance, and capacity, including system refreshes, kernel upgrades and support packages.
• Support transport management, interfaces, and connectivity.
• Coordinate and execute SAP S/4HANA conversions and migrations in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Work with SAP BTP Operations, including subaccount administration, connectivity and security configurations.
• Apply SAP security best practices, including user administration and role coordination.
• Use SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager for monitoring, incident tracking, and reporting.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases for transformation programs.
• Participate in transition activities for AMS engagements and pre-sales context.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

• Perform SAP Basis administration activities across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes including RISE with SAP environments.
• Act as technical focal point for SAP operations, interacting with SAP support whenever necessary.
• Manage and monitor SAP system availability, performance, and capacity, including system refreshes, kernel upgrades and support packages
• Support transport management, interfaces, and connectivity.
• Coordinate and execute SAP S/4HANA conversions and migrations (Brownfield / Bluefield / System Conversion), in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Work with SAP BTP Operations, including subaccount administration, connectivity and security configurations and integration with on-prem and RISE systems.
• Apply SAP security best practices, including user administration, role coordination, and compliance requirements.
• Use SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager or other specific solutions for monitoring, incident tracking, and operational reporting.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases for transformation programs.
• Participate in transition activities (KT, documentation, stabilization) for AMS engagements.
• Support business opportunities (projects / AMS) in pre-sales context.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP.
• SAP S/4HANA (System Conversion, Migration, Operations).
• SAP HANA Database administration (operational level)
• SAP Transport Management (CTS, TMS)
• SAP Cloud ALM
• SAP Solution Manager 7.x
• SAP Security concepts (user/role coordination)
• Linux/Unix OS for SAP
• Hyperscaler exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Automation & scripting basics (Shell, SAP tools)
• Support pre sales and proposal activities as a subject matter expert for SAP Basis and RISE with SAP.
• Provide technical inputs for solution design assumptions, scope clarification, and effort estimation / service sizing.
• Participate in customer workshops, RFIs, and RFP discussions, articulating SAP landscapes operational and transformation considerations.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies during solution qualification.
