What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead a portfolio of client systems, focusing on Field Service, Mulesoft, or CPQ/Revenue Cloud
  • Architect and deliver complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
  • Conduct reviews, design critiques, and manage escalations to ensure quality deliverables
  • Mentor and support teammates through real-time guidance and structured training
  • Define and enforce technical standards and develop reusable templates and solution patterns
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Salesforce, addressing real business challenges and complex organizations
  • Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle projects in Field Service, Mulesoft, and CPQ
  • Proficiency in writing and reviewing Flows, Apex, and LWC, along with managing complex integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform Dev I, and ideally Field Service Consultant
  • Ability to set technical standards and build reusable templates while providing clarity and coaching to clients and teammates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in advising clients and coaching teammates in Salesforce best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize when to use Flow vs. Apex and when to abstract vs. custom build
  • Track record of reviewing work for scalability and quality assurance
