Job Title : Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (with CPQ Experience)

Location : LATAM [Remote]

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business workflows, drive automation, and enable data-driven sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce configurations.
  • Design and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Products, Price Books, Quotes, and Contracts.
  • Implement and maintain CPQ functionalities – product configuration, pricing rules, discount structures, and quote-to-order processes.
  • Develop custom workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex (if required).
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, billing, or marketing platforms) using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system optimizations.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements to recommend best practices and continuous improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and configuration.
  • 2 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steel Brick) configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud architecture, data model, and standard Salesforce features.
  • Expertise in Product, Pricing, Discount, and Quoting processes within CPQ.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and CPQ Specialist certifications are highly desirable.Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
