AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines with Copado and related tooling. You will manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production, reducing manual effort through automation and disciplined processes.

You will troubleshoot metadata conflicts and environment sync issues to ensure smooth releases. You will collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define deployment procedures and governance.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of Salesforce platform experience with deployment and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication across technical and business teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.
