Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Type: Permanent

Salary: €40,000 per annum

iO Associates are working with a long-standing organisation that helps healthcare providers make better use of their data. They're well known in the healthtech space for being a trusted, knowledgeable partner, and they work with some of the biggest platforms in the market.

They're now looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their growing team. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being organised, supporting a busy function, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. It's a good opportunity to get your foot into the world of sales operations and pick up experience across administration, proposals, CRM work and process improvement - all while working remotely from Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Business Support Executive with day-to-day admin and coordination
  • Keeping sales information up to date in the CRM
  • Helping put together proposals, bids, quotes and contract documents
  • Tracking activity through tender portals and monitoring deadlines (including frameworks like G-Cloud)
  • Coordinating sales activities across the wider business
  • Work with internal teams to streamline admin processes

Skills:

  • Someone organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Administrative or sales support experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Comfortable working independently (and fully remote), whilst also being a strong team player
  • Any experience with NetSuite, bid coordination or public sector frameworks is a bonus
