We are looking for Sales Specialist to join our amaZing team in Odessa!
Responsibilities
- To reach and exceed the sales target assigned (volume and revenue) by customers.
- Ensure the maximum sales coverage of the assigned area/customer platform performing the targeted number of sales calls.
- Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.
- Maintain direction, quantity, and quality of their sales activity.
- To propose, manage and execute the target account program established in conjunction with Country Manager.
- Assists A/R department in dealing with credit management issues.
- Manage the Reporting and Management tools provided by ZIM.
- Regularly review individual performance vs targets and agree corrective actions with the Country Manager.
- Closely liaise with inside sales and customer service department to guarantee high controlled and follow-up service quality to customers.
- Have full knowledge of all documented procedures relevant to their role and compliance with SOX.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role within the shipping industry.
- Higher education degree in Maritime, Shipping, Logistics, or related field (Odesa National Maritime University preferred).
- Strong knowledge in Ukrainian shipping and logistic market, experience in UA shipping industry during martial law period.
- Strong assertiveness and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle complaints and objections effectively.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and management.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation techniques.
- Confident and engaging presentation abilities.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software packages.
- Ability to work 5 days per week from office.
