The ideal candidate should have a proven sales background and be skilled at building client relationships remotely. Responsibilities include lead generation, sales presentations, and CRM management. Candidates must be English and Spanish speakers, with excellent negotiation skills. This is a part-time or full-time role based in Brazil.

Job Title

Sales Specialist

Pay Rate (LinkedIn style)

Part-Time Monthly Rates: $1,000 - $1,280 (based on 20 hours per week schedule)

Full-Time Monthly Rates: $2,000 - $2,560 (based on 40 hours per week schedule)

Monthly Salary Statement

The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $12,5 - $16 depending on level of experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.

Work Schedule

The work schedule will vary depending on the job position that you will apply for as it will be based on the schedule requested by the client. All our clients are in the U.S. and work schedules will be in the U.S. time zone.

Job Summary

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales for the U.S.-based companies. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, relationship-focused, and experienced in B2B / B2C sales processes. This role involves prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue growth in a remote environment.

Job Tasks
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels and databases.
  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to qualify leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver product or services demos and presentations to prospects via video calls and phone.
  • CRM Management: Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales metrics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales processes.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of related sales experience and / or a related degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Experience with B2B or B2C sales processes.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet connection.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
