Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This remote, full-time role focuses on engaging with potential clients worldwide following their initial consultations with our attorneys.

You will play a crucial role in guiding these professionals, often investors and clients with advanced degrees, through the process of securing our expert US immigration services. Our workforce uses their own devices, ensuring flexibility in how our team operates remotely. A stable internet connection with a speed of over 25 Mbps is required.

What You’ll Do
  • Client Engagement: Conduct professional and persuasive interactions with potential clients via phone, Zoom, and WhatsApp, building trust and rapport.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service that reflects Colombo & Hurd’s commitment to client satisfaction and establishes us as a trusted authority.
  • Product Knowledge: Collaborate with our Attorneys and Administrative Staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of our US immigration services and effectively communicate their value.
  • Sales Acumen: Apply proven sales techniques to close deals and guide clients through the closing process, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Mastery: Demonstrate flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Performance Accountability: Achieve agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets within specified timeframes.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: 100% fluency in English is absolutely essential.
  • Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, ideally with experience interacting with high-level professionals and high-ticket sales.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom and WhatsApp.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong closing skills and the ability to drive sales results.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
