Role Description & Responsibilities
Join the Americas Sales Operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes while providing comprehensive support to internal teams and external partners. This hybrid role is based in our São Paulo office and is not eligible for remote arrangements. You will focus on technical troubleshooting, strategic partner collaboration, and development of locally relevant initiatives to enhance overall sales effectiveness across LATAM markets.

Act as a key liaison between sales teams, partners, and customers to resolve operational challenges, improve pipeline efficiency, and maximize business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as first-line sales support specialist, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with appropriate escalation protocols.
  • Administer and optimize partner portals, ensuring accurate access to pricing, product information, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze partner pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategic actions to accelerate deal closure.
  • Collaborate with channel partners on joint sales strategies, providing data-driven insights on co-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and training materials on CRM/ERP tools and core sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, territory management, and accurate CRM opportunity tracking.
  • Monitor LATAM market trends and design targeted, locally relevant sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support customer reactivation programs, building engagement strategies for inactive accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales operations, customer success, or partner-facing analytical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems, data management platforms, and process automation tools.
  • Proven experience developing training content and conducting onboarding sessions.
  • Strong communication skills; Portuguese and English required, Spanish preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data into actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving skills in fast-paced support environments and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Work arrangement
