What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage Salesforce pipeline hygiene, dashboard creation, reporting, and lead routing
  • Identify and implement solutions for go-to-market bottlenecks

  • Track rep productivity, deal velocity, and campaign ROI, translating data into actionable recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Enablement within a high-growth environment
  • Strong command of Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM automation
  • Analytical and proactive mindset, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Clear, structured, and collaborative communication skills
  • Ability to bridge sales, marketing, and leadership needs
