A dynamic global firm based in São Paulo is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth within the low-risk segment. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years' experience in sales or business development, especially with low-risk merchants. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, building relationships, and collaborating with teams. This role offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth, making a real impact in the industry.
Drive new business growth within the low-risk segment through active hunting and prospecting of new merchants.
Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track opportunities and performance.
Develop and manage relationships with merchants, bringing an existing network of low-risk contacts when possible.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Operations, Product, and Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.
Understand client needs and propose tailored payment solutions aligned with business objectives.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within low-risk industries.
Report on sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs, maintaining a structured and organized approach to sales management.
3+ years of experience in commercial roles such as Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
At least 2 recent years of experience working specifically with low-risk merchants.
Proven experience in hunting and prospecting new companies.
Hands-on experience working with CRM tools; HubSpot is a plus.
Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Background in industries such as gaming or similar environments is a plus.
Previous experience in management roles is a plus, even if currently focused on an individual contributor sales role.
Highly organized, proactive, and ambitious profile with a strong results-driven mindset.
Advanced level of English (mandatory).
Spanish is a plus.
