What you will be doing
  • Drive new business growth within the low-risk segment through active hunting and prospecting of new merchants.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track opportunities and performance.

  • Develop and manage relationships with merchants, bringing an existing network of low-risk contacts when possible.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Operations, Product, and Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored payment solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within low-risk industries.

  • Report on sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs, maintaining a structured and organized approach to sales management.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roles such as Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.

  • At least 2 recent years of experience working specifically with low-risk merchants.

  • Proven experience in hunting and prospecting new companies.

  • Hands-on experience working with CRM tools; HubSpot is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

  • Background in industries such as gaming or similar environments is a plus.

  • Previous experience in management roles is a plus, even if currently focused on an individual contributor sales role.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and ambitious profile with a strong results-driven mindset.

  • Advanced level of English (mandatory).

  • Spanish is a plus.
