KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH - EMENA is seeking a Sales Manager Ruminants.

Location: Spain (remote)

Are you passionate about animal nutrition and sales?

Kemin is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our business unit expansion and sales growth in the Iberian beef and dairy cattle market, as well as the small ruminants market for meat and milk.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales, margin, operating income, and sales expense financial indicators for assigned accounts.

You will lead sales and service functions, ensuring consistent growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within assigned accounts.
  • Build forecast reports for production and inventory management.
  • Lead business unit expansion and sales growth in the territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Identify prospective customers and develop strategic plans for key accounts.
  • Make technical sales presentations on Kemin products / services.
  • Conduct high-level meetings and assist customers with product testing.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
Qualifications
  • Veterinary or Agricultural university degree.
  • Knowledge and experience in ruminant nutrition.
Essential Skills & Experiences
  • Solid understanding of biological sciences for technical presentations.
  • Prior experience in managing sales projects to successful completion.
  • High degree of energy, personal motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database development programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Iberian beef and dairy cattle market.
  • Good knowledge of the Iberian market for small ruminants for meat and milk.
