  • MBA / Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management, Strategy, or Business (preferred).
  • Solid and proven experience leading sales teams, with a track record in team development, KPI-driven management, and execution of commercial strategies — preferably in the industrial, construction, or capital goods sectors.
  • Strong command of forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ensuring structured management of the sales funnel.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, supply chain, and commercial policies.
  • Strong financial acumen and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyze margin, volume, and profitability.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to actively participate in meetings, presentations, and interactions with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability for travel (approximately 50% of the time).
