A renowned fintech company is seeking a Sales Lead for Slovakia to drive the local sales team and market performance. This role involves leadership and development of a high-performing team, budget management, and strategy formulation while fostering strong market relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience in leading sales, excellent communication skills in Slovak/Czech and English, and a proactive approach to team and market building.
