In this role, you'll leverage sales force effectiveness concepts to drive operational efficiency and growth. About this opportunity

As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, your role involves translating strategy into execution by leveraging sales force effectiveness concepts, execution tracking and business insights to drive operational efficiency and growth. In this role, you will… Commercial Process Optimization : Research and develop effective solutions to scale commercial operations, minimize manual workarounds, and enhance overall efficiency. It includes sizing, territory design, deployment, quota setting, call planning etc. with involvement of any related area. Lead internal process improvements streamlining workflows and resolving any ambiguities or conflicting requirements. Point of contact with regional Analytics teams to assure regional dashboards are accurate, with the appropriate user interface / story telling flow and aligned with our local business needs. Responsible for local reports for commercial functions, leading all aspects : designing, developing, testing, deploying, and automating complex reports and visualizations using Power BI. Retrieve data from large databases using SQL queries mostly, and from not structured sources eventually. Provide training to commercial members as needed, participating in relevant training sessions, and continuously evaluating feedback and training effectiveness, adapting the communication style in accordance with the audience. Commercial Performance Monitoring : Support CommOps and Commercial Leaders by monitoring sales team performance against targets and KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and addressing system limitations and inefficiencies. Recommend KPI tracking improvements using available data sources to focus on the most effective growth drivers. Provides insights using existing metrics and develops new metrics to enhance performance tracking. Sales Insights : Support strategic objectives, lead project planning, analysis, and implementation for business and sales decisions. Conduct strategic analyses, assess business performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making and guiding business strategies. Sales Tools Support : Identify necessary functionalities and plan and implement with the CRM Lead. Foster the disciplined use across the organization. Provide training and support to commercial team members to ensure maximum utilization, effectiveness and high-quality data entry. Ad-Hoc Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions. Relationships : Be close to various teams (through field days, shadowing experiences etc) by understanding their perspective and build effective relationships with various teams— Commercial, Marketing, Clinical Support, Customer Support, and more— across the organization to influence changes and gather support.   • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Commercial Operations / Commercial Excellence / Business Intelligence.
  • English : Fluent, Spanish : Advanced.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience in defining, refining and implementing sales processes and procedures, building reports for its measurement.
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset to identify relevant information and relate it to the company's strategic challenges. Handle large datasets and extract actionable insights related to opportunities or to address problems at their root cause, plan improvement roadmaps, implement changes, monitor progress, and report outcomes.
  • Proactively seek out necessary information, hand diverse inputs and areas to achieve results. Even when faced with unexpected obstacles, persistently work toward achieving outcomes.
