What You’ll Do:
  • Break down the SMB team’s business objectives and identify key sales indicators that impact the team’s ability to achieve these targets. Establish a target management system and utilize efficient data tools and organizational methods to manage the SMB team’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Utilize inputs from industry, competitive, and merchant information to gain insights into franchise brand growth and competitive opportunity points.
  • Develop a sales strategy by identifying growth opportunities through analysis and prospecting, and create a clear execution path.
  • Utilize project management to ensure the successful implementation of key business goals and strategies. Mobilize resources from the strategy, product, and operations teams to effectively support the SMB team in achieving its business goals.
What We Need From You:
  • More than 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.
  • Data analysis skills: proficient with various analysis software, capable of conducting multidimensional analysis and making informed business judgments.
  • Market insight: information sensitivity to the market and industry, able to capture development trends, and formulate strategies.
  • Project management ability: good at communication and expression, strong coordination, team consciousness, and organizational ability.
  • English and Portuguese can be used as working languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the food delivery industry and the local-based service industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in merchant operations/strategy operations/product operations preferred.

Business Development Specialist

Senior Business Development – International Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution

The Senior Business Development professional will be responsible for the strategic development of new business and the growth of key accounts in the areas of international freight (air, sea), warehousing, and national distribution. This role requires strong commercial experience in the integrated logistics sector, prospecting, analytical market vision, and proven ability to bring in new clients and generate consistent results through complete and customized logistics solutions for corporate clients.

Specific experience in international freight is required, at least 3 years in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into profitable accounts in the import, export, warehousing, and distribution segments.
  • Work strategically with key clients, understanding their logistics chains, operational needs, and business objectives, to propose end-to-end solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals involving international freight (FCL/LCL, air and multimodal), warehousing, domestic transport, and distribution.
  • Monitor global and local trends in the logistics and foreign trade sector, identifying competitive opportunities, niches, and potential risks.
  • Manage the sales funnel, prepare revenue forecasts, and assure the achievement of growth and profitability targets for the area.
  • Strengthen the network of international agents, shipping companies, airlines, logistics operators, and local suppliers, ensuring operational capacity and commercial competitiveness.
  • Experience in the electronics, energy, and automotive segments is a plus.
  • Work in an integrated manner with pricing, operations, customer service and finance teams to enable technically and economically viable solutions.
  • Contribute market insights and strategic recommendations to the company’s growth plan in Brazil and the Americas.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales in the international freight, warehousing and distribution sector.
  • At least 3 years in international freight.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, prospecting clients and developing key accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of international logistics operations, including import, export, cargo consolidation, bonded warehousing and national distribution.
  • Experience with shipping lines, international agents and local logistics providers.
  • Advanced or fluent English (essential). Spanish desirable. Mandarin will be a major advantage.
  • Availability for national and international travel.
  • Hunter profile with a strategic mindset and focus on results.
  • High negotiation and influence skills at the executive level (C-Level).
  • Analytical vision and solid understanding of financial and operational indicators.

We are seeking a full‑time M&A Business Development Associate based in São Paulo to support our efforts in identifying and building relationships with vertical market software companies across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with software business owners and founders across Latin America.
  • Proactively reach out to potential acquisition targets and maintain consistent follow‑ups to nurture strong pipelines.
  • Understand business models and financials to qualify opportunities and identify the best fits for Andromeda.
  • Present qualified opportunities to the internal M&A team and support due diligence discussions.
