A leading shipping company is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow client relations while maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have over five years in sales within ocean carriers, strong knowledge of the shipping industry, and proficiency in English. This role requires a customer-oriented approach, negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Familiarity with the Fuzhou market is an advantage. The position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Qualificações

  • Over 5 years of sales experience in ocean carriers.
  • Sound knowledge of shipping industry, especially TP/LAT trade.
  • Proficient skills in written and oral English.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage sales process and maximize long and short-term results.
  • Sell ZIM Fuzhou products and identify opportunities for cross-sell.
  • Maintain relationships while growing customs base.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Manage sales process and maximize long and short‑term results.
  • 2. Sell ZIM Fuzhou products and identify opportunities for cross‑sell and negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business.
  • 3. Maintain relationships while managing and growing customs base; Identify customer needs and potential opportunities.
  • 4. Design detailed account plans.
  • 5. Achieve CRM target.
  • 6. Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking.
Requirements
  • 1. Over 5 years of sales experience in ocean carriers.
  • 2. Sound knowledge of shipping industry, especially TP/LAT trade.
  • 3. Proficient skills in written and oral English.
  • 4. Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.
  • 5. Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude.
  • 6. Strong customer orientation and market insight.
  • 7. Willing and able to work under pressure.
  • 8. Priority will be given to those who familiar with Fuzhou market and have good customer base for both NVO and BCO.
