Responsibilities
- Conduct sales closing with leads, presenting convincing and personalized proposals
- Work collaboratively with the pre-sales team to deeply understand the needs of potential drivers
- Negotiate the best plan to meet drivers needs
- Overcome sales objections, using the best techniques and market practices
- Maintain an after-sales relationship to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and foster future business opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed logical sales goals
- Keep accurate records of all sales interactions on Hubspot
- Follow up with opportunities
- Negotiate with customers and make sales
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast
- With a vision of sales at scale, you should be able to manage a funnel with several active customers
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Spanish (will be an extra)
- Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
- Is passionate about driving innovation and has a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization
- Has verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
- Can use negotiation skills to achieve goals
- Maintain a proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly
- Results-oriented and customer-focused
