Sales Development Representative at BairesDev

As a Sales Development Representative at BairesDev, you will support the Client Solutions team by planning and executing omni-channel outreach strategies to warm prospects.

Your focus will be on lead conversion, coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective prospect management and follow-up.

What You Will Do
  • Set up meetings between prospects and the sales team to discuss potential deals.
  • Update contact sequencing and manage CRM data.
  • Provide daily updates to report spreadsheets based on calls and touchpoints.
  • Coordinate data entry with the sales team.
  • Validate prospect spreadsheets filled by sales representatives.
  • Execute omni-channel outreach strategies for lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and lead information.
  • Track and report on outreach activities and results.
What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years in an SDR/BDR client‑facing role.
  • Previous experience in US-attending call centers.
  • Background in back‑office/admin roles.
  • Experience with data entry and data research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Resides in Latin America.
