Position Overview

The SDR / BDR Manager will lead the business development team, ensuring targets are met while creating a strong, supportive learning environment.

This role is ideal for someone with team leadership experience—or someone ready to confidently step into a management position—who knows how to drive results and motivate others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach SDRs to meet and exceed business development goals.
  • Develop sales strategies and track team performance metrics.
  • Maintain strong operational processes and uphold best practices.
  • Deliver consistent performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to strengthen the team.
  • Option to self‑source leads and work them as a seller in parallel (commission‑based when deals close).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in team management preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven track record of driving team performance and meeting targets.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Apollo (lead sourcing) and HubSpot.
  • English fluency (C2 level).
