Job Summary

Manage and administer sales compensation programs for a specific region/group. Ensure accurate and timely incentive payments, support inquiries, and analyze program effectiveness. Contribute to the design and improvement of compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Compensation Administration
  • Maintain and configure compensation systems.
  • Upload data and quotas into tools.
  • Create, track, and reconcile compensation plans and payments.
  • Validate monthly/quarterly payments and handle exceptions.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate regular reports for insights on program effectiveness.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and modeling for complex issues.
Sales Operations Support
  • Address compensation-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues.
Program Support & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT for data integrity.
  • Streamline and automate processes.
  • Assist in the communication and rollout of incentive programs.
  • Recommend improvements to compensation plans and related programs.
Qualifications
  • Advanced English to support global operations and will report to our director in the U.S.
  • Advanced excel.
  • Background with compensation, finance, and auditing will be a differential.
