This role is part of QQFS, a Gothenburg based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc. QQFS is a leading provider of data‑collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. We specialise in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in The Nordics and Benelux regions, in addition to Austria and Switzerland.
As a Sales Assistant, you play a key role in the business sales cycle by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of client proposals. You are responsible for managing the proposal process end‑to‑end—evaluating feasibility, securing competitive pricing, and aligning with client expectations.
You will also engage directly with clients, consistently representing QQFS with professionalism and integrity in every interaction. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring all proposals are properly allocated and delivered on time.
You will contribute to a collaborative environment within the Account Executive team and work closely with the Client Service Directors and Business Development Director, providing proposal support and proactively contributing to strategic sales efforts.
