An innovative technology firm is seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions. The role requires 6–10+ years of overall IAM experience and strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint development. Responsibilities include developing custom workflows, integrations, and supporting user lifecycle management. Candidates should have proficiency in Java and experience with REST/SOAP APIs. This is a remote/hybrid position located in São Paulo, Brazil.

Qualificações

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a SailPoint Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint (IdentityIQ and / or IdentityNow). The role is focused on custom development, integrations, workflows, and automation, not platform administration or access provisioning support.

The ideal candidate will work closely with security, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IAM solutions (IdentityIQ and / or IdentityNow)
  • Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, and lifecycle events
  • Build and maintain custom integrations between SailPoint and target systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, AD, Azure AD, etc.)
  • Develop custom provisioning logic, aggregation rules, and identity correlation logic
  • Implement access request, approval, and certification processes
  • Customize SailPoint UI components, forms, and reports as required
  • Develop and maintain policies, roles, entitlements, and governance models
  • Support user lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SailPoint solutions
  • Participate in IAM solution design discussions and technical architecture reviews
  • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Collaborate with DevOps and security teams for deployments and upgrades
  • Support SailPoint upgrades and migrations (e.g., IIQ versions or IIQ → IdentityNow)
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and / or IdentityNow
  • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript
  • Experience developing SailPoint rules (Aggregation, Provisioning, Correlation, Validation, Certification)
  • Strong experience with SailPoint workflows
  • Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, RBAC, access governance
Experience integrating with
  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • LDAP
  • Databases (JDBC)
  • Cloud and enterprise applications
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityNow Engineer)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI / CD)
  • Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR)
  • Experience with PAM integrations (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
  • Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell)
