LinkedIn is seeking a Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. The role combines strategy, analytics, finance, and business operations to drive revenue growth and optimize sales productivity across global teams.

You will own end-to-end initiatives, mentor junior members, and partner with senior leaders across geos to implement scalable improvements while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced organization.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree or related practical experience, ideally in a quantitative field.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • 5+ years in sales strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • 5+ years of Excel and PowerPoint experience.
  • 3+ years of SQL or similar languages.
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders (Director level+).

OurGo-To-Market Sales Strategy & Operationsorganizationis responsible forbuilding andmaintainingthe operational foundation that enables our sales organization to run effectively and efficientlyto drive topline growth.Within that, ourTalent SolutionsPlanning & Performance teamactas a central partner to executives and cross-functional stakeholdersbyintegratingquantitative analysis with business judgment to help leadership make informed decisions on growth, investments, resource allocation, and operational priorities.

Through a combination of advanced analytics, business modeling, forecasting, executive storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, we drive annualtoplineplanning,business forecasting cadence, performance reviews, resource allocation decisions, and strategic deep-dives. Our work influences decisions across revenue growth, customer retention, hiring, productivity, and long-range business strategy.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, finance, and business operations while partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business problems at scale

You will join the Talent Solutions Planning & Performance team, working alongside teammates based in London, New York andSão Paulo, and partnering directly with Sales VPs, global GTM Operations leaders, and cross-functional teams across theall geos (US, EMEA and APAC) and functions(Finance, Pricing,Business Operations, Analytics,Marketing,Customer Success).

As a Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations Manager, you willoperateas a self-managed expert and trusted leader of the function. You will be the solution owner for the most complex strategic and operational problems facing the global LTS business, acting as an advisor and sounding board to senior sales executives, and translating ambiguous business challenges into complete, actionablerecommendations that drive measurable revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. You will own initiatives end-to-end - from hypothesis validation through analysis,recommendationand syndication - and will design and lead global improvement initiatives that scale beyond your immediate team.

Beyond your own scope, you will act as a force multiplier for the function: mentoring and coachingjuniorteam members, serving in a consultative capacity on projects owned by others, removing roadblocks, and becoming a global source of reference on the processes and topics you own. Success in this role requires a strong strategic mindset, the ability to challenge the status quo and drive process change at a systems level, excellent executive communication skills, and comfort handlinghighly sensitive,confidentialand non-routine information in a rapidly changing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial planning), influencing stakeholder OKRs and annual/quarterly priorities
  • Create high-impact, tailored communication materials (PPT, email) that clearly outline problems, insights,solutionsand next steps; own meetings by setting the agenda, leadingdiscussionsand managing outcomes with senior audiences
  • Own performance management and forecasting for the global LTS business end-to-end - tracking business performance, quickly diagnosing and explaining gaps and deviations in business, data, tools or processes, andadvisingleadership on the actionsrequired
  • AI & Process Innovation:identifyand champion enterprise AI tools, predictive analytics, and workflow automation opportunities across the GTM tech stack (e.g., lead scoring, pipeline forecasting, rep productivity) to scale team output andoptimizerevenue efficiency.
  • Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership,financeand systems teams) to achieve objectives
  • Manage process change at a systems level with all cross-functional teams - challenging outcomes from existing processes, proposing improvements to methodologies, and delivering measurable business impact
  • Advise and influence senior members of the sales organization (including Directors and VPs) on growing andoptimizingtheir businesses, acting as a sounding board, challenging the status quo, and deciding on initiatives within your scope
  • Become a global source of reference on key topics and processes; seek out best practices across the industry and integrate them into teams,programsand projects;identifyproduct or technology opportunities and influence leaders to execute on them
  • Coach and mentor more junior team members - providing guidance and feedback on their work, removing roadblocks, serving in a consultative capacity on projects they own, and supporting career development (e.g., career discussions, mentorship programs)
  • Set and manage your own workload and that of initiatives you lead, aligning time and cost investment with business priorities; independently manage stakeholder expectations and influence deadlines andtimeframesfor larger initiatives
  • Travel required (potentially 1 to 2 trips a year)
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or related practical experience (ideally in a quantitative discipline)
  • Business Fluency in English
  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations, business operations, finance, management consulting, or an equivalent analytical/strategic role
  • 5+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis or financial modeling
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL or similar programming languages
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives with senior stakeholders (Director level and above)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior sales or business leaders, including challenging the status quo and influencing decisions outside of your direct scope
  • Track recordof owning complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end - from framing and hypothesis through analysis, recommendation,syndicationand implementation
  • Experiencedrivingprocessor systems change across cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, finance, systems teams)
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization across multiple time zones
  • Ability todemonstrateobjective thinking in decision making and prioritization (prioritizing the system over the subsystem)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, financial modeling)andSQL(data queries)
  • AI & Emerging Tech Familiarity:Track record of leveraging AI platforms, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics modeling to accelerate market analysis, streamline operational workflows, or enhance executive reporting
