About the role

We are looking for an analyst to join our Business team. Your mission will be to transform data into insights, supporting areas such as Marketing, Credit, and Collections with analyses, dashboards, and reports. We are seeking someone passionate about data, eager to learn, apply knowledge in SQL, Excel, Python, and collaborate with different teams to generate real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Build queries and analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making in areas such as Marketing, Collections, and Credit.
• Support the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and up-to-date information.
• Document processes, code, and analyses to facilitate reproducibility and collaboration across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to align metrics, concepts, and performance indicators.
• Explore new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve analyses and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Python (libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn) or R.
• Familiarity with statistics and machine learning concepts.
• Understanding of databases (SQL) and data manipulation.
• Advanced English.
• Proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn.
• Our hybrid roles require in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule fosters collaboration, team connection, and strategic planning, enhancing communication and effectiveness to drive results.
