Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Rippling HCM Consultant to join a fast‑growing advisory environment. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in South America, with a focus on complex implementations and optimisation projects across Rippling modules.

You will operate at a functional and architectural level, shaping strategies and solutions while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualificações

• 5-6+ years of relevant HCM / HR technology experience.
• Strong, hands‑on Rippling experience.
• Rippling certified.
• Strong experience across: Rippling HR, Rippling Payroll, Rippling Reporting, Broader HCM functionality.
• Experience with Rippling architecture / solution architecture.
• Experience delivering complex implementations and/or optimisation projects.
• Able to operate at a strategic and architectural level, not just configuration.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and how different Rippling modules work together.

Responsabilidades

• Work across complex customer requirements, implementations and optimisation initiatives at both functional and architectural levels.
• Support architectural discussions and translate business needs into scalable Rippling solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful delivery of HCM implementations.

We’re looking for an experienced Rippling HCM Consultant to join a fast-growing consulting environment supporting complex HCM implementations and optimisation projects.

The Role

We’re looking for a genuine Rippling HCM specialist with broad platform expertise – not someone focused on just one area of Rippling.

You’ll work across complex customer requirements, implementations and optimisation initiatives, operating at both a functional and strategic/architectural level.

Key Requirements

• 5-6+ years of relevant HCM / HR technology experience
• Strong, hands‑on Rippling experience
• Rippling certified
• Strong experience across:
  • Rippling HR
  • Rippling Payroll
  • Rippling Reporting
  • Broader HCM functionality
• Experience with Rippling architecture / solution architecture
• Experience delivering complex implementations and/or optimisation projects
• Able to operate at a strategic and architectural level, rather than purely configuration-focused
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and how different Rippling modules work together
