The Position

Olé Life is looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead / Head to design and implement the systems and processes that power its commercial engine.

The selected candidate will play a central role in aligning Sales, Marketing, and Retention , ensuring that data, automations, and workflows scale efficiently as the company continues to grow across the region.

This role will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the CRM (preferably HubSpot), as well as the dashboards, reports, and integrations that provide visibility and support to strategic business decisions.

The position reports to the VP of Strategic Operations and will be a key partner to the Revenue leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of Olé Life’s CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  • Design workflows, automations, and integrations to ensure scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that consolidate metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Retention, driving visibility and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue team on forecasting, pipeline tracking, and commercial goal achievement .
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification across the go-to-market operation (HubSpot, Slack, and other tools).
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership , ensuring that data and KPIs are reliable, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Provide insights and analysis that guide decisions and support growth objectives.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles within SaaS, fintech, or insurtech companies.
  • 2 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), including automation, reporting, and data management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Clay) and basic understanding of APIs or scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and focused on scalable solutions.
  • Based in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Mexico City (Mexico), São Paulo (Brazil), or Lima (Peru).
