Olé Life is looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead / Head to design and implement the systems and processes that power its commercial engine.
The selected candidate will play a central role in aligning Sales, Marketing, and Retention , ensuring that data, automations, and workflows scale efficiently as the company continues to grow across the region.
This role will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the CRM (preferably HubSpot), as well as the dashboards, reports, and integrations that provide visibility and support to strategic business decisions.
The position reports to the VP of Strategic Operations and will be a key partner to the Revenue leadership team.
