We currently have more than 2 million healthcare professionals in our database, totaling approximately 10 million patient evaluations to date.

Our mission is to “Help people live longer, healthier lives.”

Through a diverse range of services, we are able to serve different audiences: our marketplace, which allows patients to schedule and evaluate appointments and doctors at any time of the day or night; and our SaaS system (Software as a Service) aimed at optimizing office management, patient flow and online bookings. All this through an internet platform and our iOS/Android apps.

What you will do in this role

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person: someone with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance. The individual will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders. Process layout and optimization people? This is where you belong!

  • Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans;
  • Review and analyze operational and renewal data. Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
  • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
  • Demonstrate thought leadership aroundSales, Marketing, andCSdataprocesses and operations;
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization - we're a global company after all.
Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales/Customer Success;
  • Extensive usage of HubSpot;
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;

  • Experience working in agile environments.

  • Haveexperience in tech companies/startups (especially SaaS B2B for SMBs);
  • Possess strong SQL skills;
  • Have interacted with Salesforce;
  • Reside in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro.
