A leading tech company seeks a Reseller Program Manager in São Paulo to drive partnership growth. You will onboard, train, and support Reseller Partners, ensuring optimal operational readiness and compliance. The ideal candidate has excellent sales and account management experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment. You will manage relationships and conduct training, shaping the success of our Reseller partnerships.
What is the Criteo Reseller Program? It is a global partnership program handled by the Indirect Channels team, designed to create a win-win ecosystem through reseller partnerships, reaching new advertisers across the globe. This partnership program aims at extending Criteo’s geographical footprint by partnering with Resellers to represent us, as well as sell and manage Criteo campaigns in specific targeted markets.
As our Reseller Program Manager, you’ll be key to Onboard, Train and Coach our Reseller Partners and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Ensure Reseller’s onboarding is accomplished in a timely manner, and that all Reseller teams (commercial, ad ops, account management etc) are fully operational and ready to represent Criteo in a given market.
Coordinate between Reseller and internal functional stakeholders to maximize partnership potential.
Lead regular Reseller check‑ins and business reviews, define quarterly targets.
Capture and provide feedback from Partners to continuously improve the program.
Ensure all internal processes are optimal and functioning properly (processes linked to billing & invoicing, as well as revenue tracking).
Ensure internal & external communication, through interactions with marketing and PR teams.
Develop training materials and share up to date commercial materials with the Reseller Partners.
