About the Role

We’re looking for Sales Representatives who want a flexible, remote opportunity to help talented people find great jobs — and get paid extremely well for it. This is not a typical "marketing" or "recruiting" job. Your role is simple: Share Refer with people who qualify. When they join and get accepted — you earn. If they get hired — you earn big. That’s it.

Compensation (Commission Only)

You earn: $50 for every qualified user you bring who signs up. $1,000 if they get hired or make a hire through Refer. There is no limit to how much you can earn. Some ambassadors make a few hundred dollars per week. Some make thousands.
