SAP Field Service Expertise Required

We are seeking an accomplished consultant to provide critical support and contribute to the implementation of projects focused on Service Center and Field Service Orders for our users in Brazil and Argentina.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, multilingual support for user inquiries related to Service Center and Service Order processes for LATAM users.
• Contribute to the configuration and support of SAP SM or Oracle Field Service modules, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise components.
• Execute effective business process analysis and solution design in support of ongoing projects.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions, specifically in Field Service processes.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English and advanced in Spanish for direct user support in Brazil and Argentina.
• Strong functional / configuration experience in SAP Field Service / SM or Oracle Field Service, with at least some familiarity with the alternative platform (e.g., Oracle FS with some SAP SM experience).
