What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct structured, high-trust inbound phone consultations to guide family decisions
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent quota achievement
  • Document successful strategies and share insights to enhance the sales playbook
  • Lead a team of 2-3 representatives, overseeing daily operations and performance reviews
  • Hire and onboard new sales reps while providing ongoing coaching and support
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in consultative B2C sales with a successful track record
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teammates or peers in various settings
  • Strong drive and persistence, with the ability to energize others
  • Capability to navigate and make decisions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
