What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct structured, high-trust inbound phone consultations to guide family decisions
- Maintain and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent quota achievement
- Document successful strategies and share insights to enhance the sales playbook
- Lead a team of 2-3 representatives, overseeing daily operations and performance reviews
- Hire and onboard new sales reps while providing ongoing coaching and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in consultative B2C sales with a successful track record
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teammates or peers in various settings
- Strong drive and persistence, with the ability to energize others
- Capability to navigate and make decisions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Experience in a sales leadership role within a high-stakes environment
- Background in helping teammates improve performance in work or extracurricular activities
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, and Slack
