An innovative AI company is looking for detail-oriented candidates with strong analytical skills and capabilities in both English and Portuguese. In this role, you will read and analyze complex content, validate claims via research, and assist in training advanced AI systems. Strong communication and independence are key for success in this remote role, which requires commitment to 40 hours per week. Experience in writing and relevant academic qualifications are preferred, though not mandatory.
We’re seeking detail‑oriented candidates with strong analytical and English comprehension skills. You’ll read, summarize, and analyze complex content, validate claims through online research, and collaborate with Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve their performance.
Your work will directly contribute to refining cutting‑edge AI systems (like Gemini) — no prior AI experience required — a great opportunity to build expertise in the growing field of AI.
You would spend time answering a variety of interesting analytical questions and creating scenarios that can train the LLM models to get better. Here are a couple of examples which models might get wrong and you would have to give the correct answer and explanation to enable the models to learn:
You will be assisting with screening and training the others need to be Google account users (uses some combination of Gmail, YouTube, Gemini, Search, Photos) willing to use their personal accounts for this eval (can redact any personal information they are not willing to share).
