Novonesis is seeking an entry-level Regulatory Affairs professional to join our LATAM team. You will assist with regulatory intelligence, dossiers, and documentation while gaining exposure to regional regulatory work, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll work in a global BioSolutions environment with a strong emphasis on compliance, accuracy, and collaboration, helping various internal teams and customers stay informed and prepared for regulatory changes.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related Natural Sciences (recent graduates are welcome).
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Food Science, R&D, Technical Service, documentation, or another regulated environment.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Portuguese and English required.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to compliance, high integrity, and a collaborative, service-minded approach.

Responsabilidades

  • Learn and support regulatory intelligence activities across Latin America by monitoring updates, organizing information, and helping the team understand impacts on products and customers.
  • Support internal teams and customers with clear, reliable regulatory information related to product status, documentation, labeling, and compliance (with senior guidance).
  • Maintain regulatory databases, reports, dashboards, and documentation repositories so that information is accurate, easy to find, and useful for decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing, compiling, formatting, and organizing regulatory dossiers, notifications, certificates, customer documentation, and authority-related materials.
  • Contribute to digitalization and process improvement by helping update templates, trackers, workflows, and simple reporting tools.
  • Help prepare internal communications, training materials, and business updates that make regulatory topics easier to understand for different audiences.
  • Take part in a structured learning journey, building technical knowledge, business understanding, and confidence to gradually take on broader regulatory responsibilities.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related Natural Sciences

The Role & Your Impact:

This position is designed as a development opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Regulatory Affairs within a global BioSolutions company. Operating in an entry-level capacity focused on execution, structure, data quality, and customer-oriented support, you will gain exposure to regional regulatory work, cross-functional collaboration, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities in this role:
  • Learn and support regulatory intelligence activities across Latin America by monitoring updates, organizing information, and helping the team understand impacts on products and customers;

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related Natural Sciences (recent graduates are welcome);
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Food Science, R&D, Technical Service, documentation, or another regulated environment;
  • Good analytical and organizational skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Portuguese and English required;
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to compliance, high integrity, and a collaborative, service-minded approach.
Additional Skills & Interests We Value:
  • Spanish is a plus;
  • Prior experience with food ingredients, enzymes, cultures, probiotics, labeling, dossiers, or LATAM regulations;
  • Interest in digital tools, databases, dashboards, process improvement, and data quality;
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain technical or regulatory information clearly;
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-changing regional environment.
