What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive increased sales of existing products while expanding overall territory sales
  • Develop and implement annual regional sales goals and strategic action plans
  • Regularly monitor performance against goals and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity and ensure maximization of regional potential
  • Manage key accounts and maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in wood coatings sales or closely related industrial coatings industry
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel frequently for business, including overnight travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in managing and developing direct reports effectively
  • Proven ability to produce results with minimal supervision
  • Experience in Open Book Management principles
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with the wood coatings market and customer pricing strategies
