What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive increased sales of existing products while expanding overall territory sales
- Develop and implement annual regional sales goals and strategic action plans
- Regularly monitor performance against goals and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain awareness of competitive activity and ensure maximization of regional potential
- Manage key accounts and maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in wood coatings sales or closely related industrial coatings industry
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel frequently for business, including overnight travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing and developing direct reports effectively
- Proven ability to produce results with minimal supervision
- Experience in Open Book Management principles
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with the wood coatings market and customer pricing strategies
