Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive sales for large accounts in the western region, requiring 40%+ travel
  • Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts
  • Lead customer conversations to establish value and address client concerns
  • Collaborate with key accounts on inventory levels and forecasting
  • Present and promote value to key decision-makers within assigned accounts
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of account management experience in distribution and/or manufacturing
  • Strong business acumen related to accounting, P&L, and performance metrics
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work in a team setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in professional selling, marketing, or a business-related field
  • Knowledge of safety products and industry-related experience
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills at the executive level
