Qualificações

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide field access support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to maximize patient access to products
  • Communicate with Specialty Pharmacies and Patient-Physician Services to support marketed products
  • Conduct vetting activities to maintain the integrity of the pharmacy distribution network
  • Train and educate HCPs on payer-specific coverage policies and patient financial assistance programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, market access, and operations to resolve patient access issues
Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
  • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, and pharmacy benefit managers
  • Excellent knowledge of patient support programs and the prescription adjudication processAbility to communicate payer coverage criteria and prior authorization processes
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 60%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred with 4+ years of related experience
  • PharmD or PhD with 2+ years of related experience
  • Previous experience in sales, management, marketing, or managed markets in pharma/biotech
  • Familiarity with current issues in the pharmaceutical industry and national healthcare system
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
