A global software company is looking for a Regional Investigations Manager for North America & Latin America. This role involves managing complex compliance investigations while collaborating with internal and external teams. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in legal or compliance organizations, a relevant degree, and fluency in English as well as Portuguese or Spanish. The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is a part of the board area of SAP’s Office of the CEO (OCEO), and the Group Chief Compliance Officer (GCCO) and Head of OEC Vivianne Gordon‑Pullar report directly to SAP CEO Christian Klein as well as the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. Our mission is to advance SAP’s business goals by promoting a culture of integrity. OEC focuses on helping SAP to ‘Win the Right Way’ by providing the guidance and training that enables employees to reject bribery, corruption, and fraud. OEC helps to protect SAP’s business by mitigating the risks of non‑compliance, and this includes investigating all instances of potential or suspected bribery, corruption, or substantial fraud. The role of Regional Investigations Manager for North America & Latin America (NA/LATAM) will report to the Global Head of Investigations who reports to the GCCO. The Regional Investigations Manager NA/LATAM will actively work towards ensuring operational excellence, e.g. Senior Management reporting, process improvements, and strive for quality concerning investigations in the area of but not limited to substantial fraud, bribery, and corruption and will work closely with the regional Field Compliance Officers, the other investigations regional teams, their managers and the entire OEC team, as well as external counsel conducting investigations at OEC’s direction.

You are expected to know about the members of your extended team and share insights with your peer managers and manager. You will look for opportunities to coach and recognize employees directly and provide just‑in‑time feedback so that employees can reflect on your input immediately. You report to the Global Compliance Officer – Head of Investigations.
