Earthworm Foundation is seeking a Regional Impact Lead for Latin America. You will implement the Global Impact Framework across LATAM, aligning with global and regional guidelines and guiding project teams in designing theories of change, logframes, and M&E plans.

You will develop and apply impact management tools, coordinate with field teams, and ensure high-quality data and reporting. You will also deliver training on methodologies and digital tools, contribute to new project design, and

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Languages: Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

  • Implementing the Global Impact Framework (GIF) across Latin America, in alignment with global and regional guidelines.
  • Developing and guiding project teams in the design of Theories of Change, LogFrames, Monitoring & Evaluation plans, and learning processes.
  • Developing and implementing impact management, monitoring, and evaluation tools and processes in alignment with global guidelines.
  • Coordinating impact management, project monitoring, and reporting with field teams and country offices.
  • Ensuring the technical quality of monitoring, evaluation, data management, and results reporting processes.
  • Managing and monitoring impact data and indicators across the region, ensuring quality and timely updates.
  • Developing and delivering training on methodologies, digital tools, and best practices for impact management.
  • Contributing to new projects by designing monitoring components, indicators, ToCs, and impact measurement frameworks.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering (or related field)

Your Role

As the Regional Impact Lead – Latin America, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Implementing the Global Impact Framework (GIF) across Latin America, in alignment with the organization’s global and regional guidelines.
  • Developing and guiding project teams in the design of Theories of Change, LogFrames, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) plans, and learning processes.
  • Developing and implementing impact management, monitoring, and evaluation tools and processes in alignment with the organization’s global guidelines.
  • Coordinating impact management, project monitoring, and reporting processes with field teams and country offices.
  • Ensuring the technical quality of monitoring, evaluation, data management, and results reporting processes within the scope of the role.
  • Managing and monitoring impact data and indicators related to projects across the region, ensuring their quality, consistency, and timely updating.
  • Developing and delivering training for teams on methodologies, digital tools, and good practices related to impact management and measurement.
  • Contributing to the development of new projects, with responsibility for designing monitoring components, indicators, Theories of Change, and impact measurement frameworks.

Workings Conditions
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineer-ing, Chemistry, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferable)
  • Language(s): Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Employment: Full-time (CLT – 44 hours per week)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
