We are seeking a Regional HR Operations Manager for LATAM to join our Global HR Operations Team.
This hands‑on leadership role is key to enhancing HR service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction across the region.
The position involves leading 9 HR and Payroll professionals, managing comprehensive HR services such as HR Administration, Benefits Administration, Recruitment Coordination, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and strategic HR projects.
Operational Excellence : Ensure timely and accurate execution of all HR operational processes for employees in LATAM, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Hands‑On Leadership & Development : Actively lead and participate in HR and payroll operations, demonstrate best practices, coach and mentor team members, and foster a culture of learning and accountability.
Strategic & Operational HR Management : Implement and oversee HR initiatives with a hands‑on approach, ensuring alignment with global strategies and operational excellence.
Process Standardization : Work with regional counterparts to establish standard operating processes that deliver consistent ways of working and excellent employee experiences.
Compliance & Risk Management : Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HR and employment legislation and compliance requirements in LATAM; implement risk management strategies to safeguard against operational errors.
Benefits Management : Lead the company Benefits Committee, develop strategic and tactical solutions, and provide technical support to the benefits coordinator.
Vendor Relationships : Manage operational business relationships with HR service providers, ensure contractual compliance, assess vendor performance, and negotiate contracts.
HR Operations Leadership : Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and functional direction as part of the Global HR Operations Leadership Team.
Analytics & Reporting : Ensure consistent, high‑quality data in primary source systems; use data analytics to identify and resolve bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional Experience : Minimum 6 years in HR Operations with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably within a large, diverse, and changing environment in LATAM.
Operations Proficiency : Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Benefits Policy & Operations : 5+ years managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment, vendor coordination, and compliance.
Recruitment Operations : Full recruitment cycle support, ATS proficiency, and collaboration with recruiters.
Leave Management : Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and other statutory programs.
Payroll Operations : Understanding of end‑to‑end payroll operations, compliance, and controls.
Functional Proficiency : In-depth understanding of process development and delivery in an HR Operations environment.
Technical Proficiency : Expertise in HR Shared Services methodologies and Oracle HCM Cloud (or Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Achievement‑Oriented : Evidence of significant contributions to payroll efficiency, compliance enhancements, or cost‑saving initiatives.
Soft Skills & Cultural Alignment : Excellent communication, empathy, leadership, partnership, and negotiation skills.
Desired Primary Work Location : São Paulo, Brazil
Other Acceptable Work Locations : Porto Alegre, Brazil
