As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial controlling, including reporting, cost accounting, and financial analysis and planning (FP&A). You will lead a team of 20 professionals and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance and support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision‑making and drive performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop a team of 20 finance professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the Controlling function to enhance accuracy and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, with a focus on reporting, cost accounting, planning, and FP&A.
  • Experience in a multinational company and industrial environment is required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a diverse team of finance professionals.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software, with advanced Excel skills.
