A leading tech company in São Paulo is seeking an experienced People Operations professional to establish regional priorities, oversee KPIs, and manage vendor success. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have 13 years of relevant experience, including fluency in English and one other language. This role emphasizes a data-driven approach and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance organizational efficiency.
