  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese or Spanish fluently to interact with the local stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications
  • 13 years of experience in problem solving, third-party vendor relationships, user documentation, and user training.
  • Understanding of how to communicate large complex change.
  • Ability to derive insights from data and metrics, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
  • Ability to work within constraints as well as to test the status quo.

Responsibilities
  • Establish regional priorities through data-driven insights, boosting productivity and aligning with business direction.
  • Oversee regional Key Performance Indicators, manage pipeline changes, ensure Standard Operating Procedures compliance, and drive efficient country openings.
  • Partner with country Human resources (HR) to implement compliance processes and provide feedback on service delivery trends, closing process gaps.
  • Drive vendor success, coordinate service delivery, and collaborate with Vendor Management Office (VMO) to achieve efficiency gains and alignment.
  • Serve as a liaison, handle escalations, and provide expert advice to leadership, addressing complex challenges and supporting organizational priorities.
