What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide Employee Benefits compliance support to regional offices, serving as the main point of contact for compliance inquiries
  • Partner with Regional Compliance Consultants to facilitate communication, training, and usage of compliance materials and systems
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure uniformity in responses and maintain compliance documentation
  • Deliver high-quality support to clients and internal teams
  • Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
    What is Required (Qualifications)
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits with strong knowledge of IRS Section 125, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and related regulations
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cross-functional teamwork
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
    • Experience in a compliance role within the employee benefits industry
    • Familiarity with compliance materials and systems such as Alera Dashboard and ARCH Marketing Cloud
    • Previous experience working in a remote environment
