What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide Employee Benefits compliance support to regional offices, serving as the main point of contact for compliance inquiries
- Partner with Regional Compliance Consultants to facilitate communication, training, and usage of compliance materials and systems
- Collaborate across teams to ensure uniformity in responses and maintain compliance documentation
- Deliver high-quality support to clients and internal teams
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits with strong knowledge of IRS Section 125, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and related regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cross-functional teamwork
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a compliance role within the employee benefits industry
- Familiarity with compliance materials and systems such as Alera Dashboard and ARCH Marketing Cloud
- Previous experience working in a remote environment
