About the role
As a Regional Compensation Lead, you will make an impact by leading the compensation strategy and execution across the region, ensuring alignment with business and talent priorities. You will be a valued member of the HR leadership team and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Business Unit leaders, and cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Regional Compensation Team to deliver strategic advisory services to HRBPs and BU leadership.
- Design, implement, and optimize compensation programs that support the region’s talent and business strategy.
- Aggregate regional compensation needs and translate them into actionable plans for the Compensation CoE team.
- Enable HRBP leadership with intelligent analytics and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition Group, OEPM, Global Mobility, Talent Systems) to drive both transformational and transactional compensation initiatives.
- Serve as the face of compensation for the region, representing the function with credibility and influence.

- Proven experience leading regional or global compensation teams.
- Strong background in compensation strategy, program design, and analytics.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with HRBPs and business leaders to align compensation with talent strategy.
- Familiarity with compensation systems, data tools, and reporting platforms.
