The Opportunity

Join our LATAM sales team in São Paulo and drive growth by building trust-based relationships with business leaders across Brazil. As Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM), you will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing, build a robust pipeline, and exceed monthly quotas. The role combines SMB/MM sales with strategic account management in KnowBe4’s Brazilian market.

What You'll Do
  • Drive New Logo Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close SMB/MM business accounts within your territory through outbound, inbound, and partnerships to exceed monthly new logo quotas.
  • Master Account Expansion: Promote KnowBe4 products to existing customers, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Build Pipeline Excellence: Create and maintain a robust pipeline using diverse prospecting methods and compelling product demonstrations.
  • Own the Sales Process: Articulate KnowBe4's value proposition, understand buying needs, decision makers, and roadblocks to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Execute Strategic Deal Management: Structure subscription levels, multi-year agreements, and pricing negotiations to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue while ensuring customer success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Channel sales, Customer Success, and Renewal Specialists to orchestrate growth strategies and renewals.

  • Proven SMB/MM Success: Minimum 2+ years selling to SMB and Mid-Market, with quota achievement in competitive markets.
  • SaaS Experience: Background in Software-as-a-Service sales with subscription models and cloud-based solutions.
  • Cybersecurity Curiosity: Familiarity with IT/Security concepts and a passion for strengthening human cybersecurity.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in Portuguese with strong English skills for local and global communication.
